Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hustlezz ("we", "us", "our") for using the StampSnap mobile app ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. We keep them plain and honest — if anything is unclear, email customersupport@hustlezz.com.
1. What StampSnap does
StampSnap uses AI to identify postage stamps from your photos and to give a rough estimate of what they might be worth. It also keeps a history of your scans so you can build a collection.
2. Value estimates are estimates — not appraisals
This is the most important section. The identifications and value ranges shown in the app are produced by an AI model and are provided for information and entertainment only. They are not professional appraisals, purchase offers, or financial, investment or selling advice. Real-world value depends on condition, authenticity, demand and many other factors the app cannot see. Never buy, sell or insure a collectible based solely on the app's output — consult a professional philatelic appraiser for decisions that matter.
3. Your account
- By default the app creates an anonymous account for you. If you delete the app's data or your account, your scan history is gone for good.
- You may optionally sign in with Google (for example, to keep your subscription across devices).
- You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account and device.
4. Free tier, ads and fair use
- The free version includes a limited number of scans per day and shows advertising (including an optional rewarded video that grants extra scans).
- Scan limits — free and Premium — exist to keep the service affordable for everyone; we may adjust them over time.
- Don't abuse the service: no automated scanning, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling of results, attacking our servers, or using the app for anything unlawful.
5. Premium subscriptions
- Premium (no ads, higher scan limits) is sold as an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions — deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
- Plan changes (upgrades/downgrades) are handled by Google Play; remaining paid time is credited or the change starts at the next renewal, as shown at checkout.
6. Your photos
You keep all rights to the photos you scan. You give us permission to process them (including via our AI provider) to identify the item, produce your result, and store your scan history, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only scan photos you have the right to use.
7. Our content
The app, its design, branding and software belong to Hustlezz and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your Android device. Don't copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your data from Profile → Delete my data. We may suspend or terminate access that breaks these Terms or abuses the service. Sections 2, 7, 9 and 10 survive termination.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy of identifications and value estimates, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hustlezz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the app — including decisions made based on the app's identifications or value estimates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to the app or these Terms
We may update the app, its features and limits, and these Terms from time to time. When we change the Terms we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
