Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hustlezz ("we", "us", "our") handles your information when you use the StampSnap mobile app ("the app"). We keep it plain and honest. If anything is unclear, email us at customersupport@hustlezz.com.

1. Information we collect

• Photos you scan. When you scan an item, the photo is sent to our servers and to our AI provider (Google's Gemini) to identify the item and estimate its value. We store your recent scans — including the photo — so you can revisit them in your in-app history. History is capped at your most recent 500 scans; older ones are removed automatically. We do not keep your images on our servers beyond what's needed to provide your history and results.
• An account identifier. By default you use the app through an anonymous account — a random ID created by Firebase Authentication. It is not tied to your name or email.
• Google sign-in (optional). If you choose to sign in with Google (for example, to secure your subscription across devices), we receive your name, email address and Google account ID.
• Purchase & subscription status. If you subscribe to Premium, we use RevenueCat and Google Play Billing to manage and verify your subscription. We receive your subscription status — not your full payment card details. Payment is processed by Google Play.
• Advertising data. The free version of the app shows ads via Google AdMob, which may use advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads.
• Basic usage & diagnostic data. We keep limited technical logs (for example, scan counts and error reports) to run the service, enforce usage limits, and fix problems.

2. How we use your information

• Identify the items you scan and estimate their value.
• Provide your scan history and sync your subscription.
• Enforce fair-use scan limits for free and Premium users.
• Show ads to free users and, if you choose, reward extra scans for watching a video.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the app.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the app work:

• Google — Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Gemini (AI image analysis), AdMob (ads), and Google Play (billing).
• RevenueCat — subscription management.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only to provide their services to us.

4. Data retention & deletion

• Your scan history is limited to your most recent 500 scans; older items are deleted automatically.
• You can delete all of your data at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete my data), which removes your scans and account information.
• You can also email customersupport@hustlezz.com and we'll delete your data for you.

5. Children's privacy

StampSnap is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version on this page.
