Delete your account & data

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for the StampSnap: Stamp Identifier app, published on Google Play by Hustlezz. Deletion is free, permanent, and available to everyone — no sign-in with a password required.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app (instant)
- Open StampSnap on your device.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Under Privacy & Data, tap Delete my data.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email customersupport@hustlezz.com with the subject "StampSnap account deletion request". If you signed in with Google, send the request from that Google email address so we can locate your account. We complete email requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account identifier (anonymous ID and, if linked, your Google sign-in link).
- Your entire scan history, including all photos and identification results.
- Your profile details (display name) and usage counters.
What is kept, and for how long
- Subscription/purchase records are retained by Google Play and our subscription processor (RevenueCat) as required for billing, refunds, tax and fraud-prevention — we cannot delete Google Play's own records. Cancel any active subscription in the Play Store; deleting your account does not cancel it.
- Server logs and crash reports (which do not contain your photos) are retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting, then deleted automatically.
